It is home to Gustavus Adolfus College, several museums, as well as a historic district that includes 31+ buildings on the national historic registry including our building. Several colleges, universities and high schools are located within 20 miles of St. Peter which fuel a work force that is strong, flexible and diverse.
Inteleserve currently has 3 separate dialing floors as well as a large break room, kitchen, conference room and empty 3rd level. There are currently 120 stations with room for expansion. The first and second floors are both handicap accessible with the first floor being at ground level and an elevator to reach the second.
The lower level is comprised of 30 telemarketing seats. Each has a telephone, headset and monitor connected to our Automated Call Processor. There are also a two manager's stations which are set up for monitoring campaign activity as well as silently monitoring individuals. The server for this floor currently has five outbound T1 lines.
This floor also has a manager's office and is the location of the central command center, or the MIS room. The MIS room houses the servers for our Automated Call Processing System. Each dialing floor has a dedicated server. This system is an integrated voice and data system for call center automation. It combines predictive dialing and voice recognition techniques with information processing to increase the efficiency and productivity of all kinds of calling campaigns.
There are
two major components to this system, the Call Processor and the Call
Manager. The Call Manager controls
campaign data with agent stations and supervisory control of the calling
campaign. It will manage lists of numbers
to be dialed, with the ability to establish and modify campaign parameters,
creating and editing presentation scripts, and generating detailed statistics
and reports of the results. The Call
Processor receives numbers to be dialed from the Call Manager. It will dial calls, detect live connections
and pass them through to available agents. The Call Processor can support 8 to 96 stations, plus two monitoring
stations. It uses a sophisticated
algorithm to adjust the dialing rate according to changes in conditions. The dialing pace is controlled precisely
which minimizes abandoned calls. The
voice recognition system in the Call Processor detects a human voice within 20
milliseconds and connects the call to an available agent. The Call Manager then displays information
about the called party on the agent’s monitor. This system can support up to 20 calling campaigns at one time.
The first floor is our largest dialing floor with 60 seats. Each has a telephone, headset and monitor connected to our Automated Call Processor. The server for this floor has five outbound T1 lines. There is also a central management area that allows for two managers to be individually monitoring campaign activity as well as silently monitoring individuals. There are also two individual manager stations as well as a small meeting area to the side for meeting with individual employees.
