The FCC and the Federal Trade Commission have established a national Do-Not-Call Registry. The registry is nationwide in scope, applies to all outbound telemarketing (with the exception of certain non-profit organizations) and covers both interstate (from one state to another) and intrastate (within state) telemarketing calls. Call Centers are not allowed to call a consumer that registers his or her number with the Federal Trade Commission.

Inteleserve maintains registration information for all clients required to subscribe to the National Do Not Call Registry. Clients will be required to register for the states they are calling in. InteleServe will update listings monthly to ensure continuing compliance at all times. Inteleserve will guarantee that compliance is maintained and will not place calls to individuals registered with the National Do Not Call Registry.
